Is the contract valid for the Spanish Commercial Registry?
Yes. Our domiciliation contract is accepted by the Commercial Registry for setting or changing a registered office.
Do you accept every activity?
No. We review each case. We don't accept activities requiring walk-in client service, goods reception or specific licensing without validation.
What happens if I cancel?
You'll need to update your address with the tax office, the Commercial Registry, banks and suppliers. We give you a reasonable timeframe to do so.
